Most people start to get the impression that winter is on its way out in March. This year, the weather fairies seem to have flipped a switch on the 1st March and immediately cheered everyone up with a bit of sunshine. It’s interesting though, even when one would say the weather is improving, some people get a cold just because of a general change in weather I think? Some people get allergies as well. Thankfully I don’t have to deal with that too much, I do try to take care of myself as best I can. I exercise whenever possible, and I watch what I eat. I even take a natural health supplement that has really bee working out for me. I highly recommend it. As has been the fashion for me recently. The first weekend of March involved grabbing KP, the 3 musketeers, Dogtanian (otherwise known as Jarvis) and my camera, then legging it to the other side of Kent. Another beach, another day.<\/p>\n
